Transfer is an essential threshold of writing because it encompasses a diverse range of knowledge that we acquire on the daily from a variety of different occurrences and subjects. While this is an English course, I enjoyed having the flexibility to create my own research topics relative to my academic discipline of Politics.

 

From both the Genre Remix and Inquiry Analysis projects, I gained a greater understanding of how to effectively read through elevated academic articles. THIS IS ALL I DO IN MAJOR NONSTOP, so I am grateful for having been afforded the opportunity to hone in on my close reading abilities.

 

Likewise, I know that I am finally ready for my next step in becoming the President of the United States (COCKY MUCH?!) Also, the reading and writing skills I obtained in this course are transferrable because I am utilizing them in several other courses at the same time.
